• £50 per night (up to 4 nights) or £300 per week
• £60 per night (up to 4 nights) or £350 per week - July and August
• 55 euro charge for linen and cleaning paid to keyholder on arrival
• 15 euro charge for meet and greet service 
• Welcome packs can be arranged on request
• £100 damage deposit which will be refunded subject to inventory, and normally within 2 weeks 
• £50 non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking and balance of payment to be paid 6 weeks before arrival
• Payments can be by bank transfer or cheque
• For the comfort of future guests, we regret that pets are not allowed
• Casa Colina is non smoking throughout
